How I train chest
From someone who didn’t own one
- 1 Incline Press (Elbows Tucked)
- 1 Chest Fly (Elbows Flared)
- 1 Weighted Dip (Optional)
I’ve done these three consistently for two years and have seen great progress
Definitely not there yet but if yours isn’t changing, pick an incline, a fly and get as strong as you can
Doing a standing fly because it’s fun and looks dope, sue me
