Vosscore (VOSS DEVELOPMENT LTD) lets you delete your account and data at any time. You can delete your account in two ways. 1. IN THE APP (INSTANT) • Open the Vosscore app • Go to the Profile page • Tap "Delete My Account" • Confirm — your account and all data are permanently deleted 2. REQUEST BY EMAIL If you no longer have access to the app, send an email with the subject "Account Deletion" from the email address associated with your account to: Email: vossdevelopmentltd@gmail.com Your request will be processed within 3 business days. DATA THAT IS DELETED When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed: • Account information (email, profile) • Content you liked • Content you saved • Your survey responses and preferences DATA RETENTION Unless required by a legal obligation, no personal data is retained after account deletion. Vosscore displays content from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube); this content is not your personal data and is unaffected by account deletion.
