Udon with chicken 🍜 Cook 200 g udon until tender. Sauté 300 g chicken until golden and set aside. In the same pan fry garlic, ginger and chili. Add onion, mushrooms, carrot and bell pepper. Stir-fry quickly on high heat. Add udon, chicken, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, juice of 1/2 lime and sesame seeds. Mix well. Finish with green onion and extra sesame.
