Pay fry on medium-high heat for about 6-8 mins each side until nice and crispy. Set aside and mix all the sauce ingredients, melting the butter first. Reduce the sauce until thick and sticky. Add the chicken back to the pan and coat in the sauce. Plate and garnish with sesame and green onion.
