Ingredients: 1.5 kg potatoes 400 g milk 500 g heavy cream 2 cloves garlic Thyme, bay leaf Salt, black pepper 30 g butter Preparation Method: 1/ Slice the potatoes and arrange them evenly in the baking dish. 2/ Mix the milk, cream, garlic, and butter in a pot, season with thyme, salt, and black pepper, then place over the heat. 3/ Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, then cover the dish with parchment paper first, followed by aluminum foil. 4/ Place it in the oven at 200°C for 1h30min. 5/ Once cooked, top with shredded cheese and return it to the oven until melted, then take it out #foodie #cooking #gratin #gratinduphinois #recipe
