💬 „Sei doch nicht gleich so beleidigt.“ Ein Satz, der im Alltag schnell gesagt ist. Doch für ein Kind bedeutet er oft etwas anderes. Das Gefühl, das gerade da ist, wird kleiner gemacht. Und Kinder lernen daraus sehr früh, wie mit Emotionen umgegangen wird. 🌿 Wenn Gefühle immer wieder relativiert oder abgewertet werden, beginnen Kinder oft zu glauben, dass ihre Emotionen „zu viel“ sind. Viele versuchen dann, sie zu unterdrücken oder anzupassen. 🔥 Bei anderen Kindern passiert das Gegenteil. Die Gefühle werden stärker. Wutanfälle entstehen scheinbar aus dem Nichts. Nicht weil das Kind schwierig ist, sondern weil sich Emotionen irgendwo zeigen müssen. 🌳 Und manchmal spielt hier noch mehr mit hinein. Erfahrungen aus der Schwangerschaft, eine intensive Geburt oder auch alte Geschichten aus der Familie können die emotionale Sensibilität eines Kindes mitprägen. Kinder reagieren dann nicht nur auf den Moment im Alltag, sondern manchmal auch auf Spannungen, die viel tiefer liegen. ✨ Ein kleiner Alltagstipp: Wenn dein Kind stark reagiert, versuche zuerst das Gefühl zu benennen, statt es zu relativieren. Zum Beispiel: „Ich sehe, dass dich das gerade wirklich wütend macht.“ Allein dieses Gesehenwerden kann für Kinder schon sehr viel verändern. 🔥 Darüber spreche ich auch in meinem kostenlosen Workshop am 23.03.
