Afiyet olsun.❤️ Materials: - Butcher’s sausage - Strained yoghurt - Onion - Tomatoes - Gherkins - Sumac - Pomegranate syrup - Salt - Isot Preparation of: We wrap the sausage in fireproof paper and aluminum foil and cook it on embers for 15 minutes. For the sauce, I mix gherkins, pickles, chili peppers and strained yoghurt. We make wraps with onion salad and sliced tomatoes. I recommend toasting the bread. Enjoy.❤️
