🐔 Chicken Marinade: • 2 cups of milk or buttermilk (very easy to make, makes the chicken incredibly tender) 🥛 🥣 Dry Mix: • 1 cup cornstarch 🌽 • 1.5 cups flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon salt 🧂 • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 🧄 • 1 teaspoon black pepper ⚫ • 1 tablespoon paprika 🌶 • 1 tablespoon chili flakes 🌶 Wet Mix: Take half of the dry mix aside and add soda and an egg; when you mix it, it becomes the wet mix. 🍯 Honey Sauce: • 1/2 cup honey 🍯 • Juice of ½ lemon 🍋 • 1 teaspoon salt 🧂 • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄 • 1 teaspoon black pepper ⚫ • 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶 • 1 teaspoon chili flakes 🌶 • 50 ml Sriracha or your preferred hot sauce 🌶🔥 • 1 chopped chili pepper 🌶🫑 🥗 Ranch Sauce: • 90 ml mayonnaise • 30 ml milk 🥛 • 45 ml sour cream or cream • 7.5 ml lemon juice 🍋 • 7.5 ml pickle juice 🥒 • 5 g finely chopped green onions or chives, 5 g dill, 5 g parsley 🌿 • 5 ml garlic powder 🧄 • Salt & pepper to taste 🧂 NOTE: If you can’t measure the quantities, use half the container for mayonnaise and the rest for the other ingredients. Half milk and cream, a small amount of pickles + lemon juice and other ingredients. You can copy from the video. 😅 👨‍🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Pierce the chicken with a fork and let it rest in milk or buttermilk for 1-2 hours. Leaving it overnight is even better. 2️⃣ Prepare the dry and wet mixtures. After lightly flouring the chicken, coat it in the following order: “wet -> dry -> wet -> dry” and fry in very hot oil (175-185 degrees Celsius) until golden brown. 3️⃣ Mix all the ingredients for the honey sauce and heat it slightly. 4️⃣ Coat the fried chicken in the sauce and mix. 5️⃣ Serve hot with ranch sauce on the side.
