Cheesy Garlic Confit Bread π§π₯
Ingredients
1/4 cup garlic confit (soft cloves, no oil)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt + black pepper
1β2 tbsp chopped parsley
Assemble
1 loaf sourdough bread
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
Make the garlic butter β Mix garlic confit with softened butter, chili flakes, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and parsley until fully combined.
Prep the bread β Slice sourdough in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter all over both halves. Top with Parmesan first, then finish with mozzarella.
Bake β Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and bake for 10β12 minutes until the cheese is melted, then broil for 1β2 minutes for golden spots. Watch closely.
Finish β Sprinkle with extra parsley and a light pinch of chili flakes.ββββββββββββββββ
