Years…
In truth, they are nothing more than numbers placed side by side on a calendar.
Their value is not measured by how many there are,
but by what we choose to place between them.
A moment spent by the fire.
A meal that comes together through patience.
Learning how to wait.
Learning when not to rush.
Life works the same way.
The faster you consume it, the quicker it disappears.
The more care you give, the deeper the mark it leaves behind.
What I do in these videos is not simply cooking.
It is working with time itself.
Making space for patience.
Allowing things to become what they are meant to be,
in their own rhythm.
We often say that life is short.
Perhaps it isn’t.
Perhaps it only feels that way
when we stop paying attention.
This is not about a new year.
And it is certainly not about a new number.
What matters is being able to return to the same fire,
with the same respect,
the same commitment,
and continue.
Time is precious.
And in the end, we become shaped by whatever we choose to give to it.
