INGREDIENTS: ● Toast bread — 2 slices ● Eggs — 3 Pcs. ● Mozzarella cheese, grated — 50 g ● Cheddar cheese slices — 2 Pcs. ● Ham — 2 slices (about 40 g) ● Salt — ½ tsp, or to taste ● Vegetable oil — for greasing the skillet INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Cut the toast bread diagonally to create 4 triangles. 3. Arrange the bread triangles in the skillet. 4. Beat the eggs with salt until combined. 5. Pour the egg mixture into the center of the skillet and allow it to spread around the bread. 6. Sprinkle grated mozzarella between the bread pieces on one side. 7. Place the cheddar cheese slices over two bread triangles. 8. Add the ham on top of the cheddar cheese. 9. Cover with a lid and cook until the egg mixture is mostly set. 10. Remove the lid. 11. Fold the omelet and bread in half using a spatula. 12. Fold or cut in half once more to create triangular sandwich portions. 13. Cook for another 30–60 seconds if desired. 14. Transfer to a serving plate. 15.
