Here is something wild most people don’t know:
In 1977, NASA sent a message into space… and it might still be traveling long after humans are gone.
They launched two spacecraft called Voyager 1 and Voyager 2.
Attached to each one was a small golden record.
On that record were sounds of Earth.
A baby crying.
Waves crashing.
Thunder.
Music from different cultures.
And greetings spoken in 55 languages.
The idea was simple and terrifying:
If another civilization ever finds it, this is how they’ll know we existed.
The wild part?
Voyager 1 is now over 15 billion miles away, drifting through interstellar space.
No fuel.
No control.
Just moving… silently.
Long after our cities collapse,
long after our languages disappear,
that record may still be floating through the universe.
A final proof that once…
humans were here.
